Dear professor,
I hope you are doing well.
I am lilly, and enrolled in an evening course in your batch. I am writting this letter to inform you that as you I am an international student and studying really hard and side by side I am doing job in city, which is too far from the college and Also recently I moved in new city for my job because of that I am unable to match my schedule with studies. I feel rally bad as I am writing this letter to you as you know I am a scholar student in my batch.
Unfortunately, I am unable to continue my studies in this term. I would like to take this ciuse next term as that time may be in am free from my hectic scheduled and able to manage my work as well as my studies.
I would really appreciate your advice in this case.I am looking for your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Lilly

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the main points: you explain that work and a recent move have made it difficult to manage the evening course, state that you want to take it next term, and ask for advice. The reason is relevant, especially the distance between your job and college, but the explanation is crowded into one long sentence and the practical request is not fully specified. For example, you could ask whether your enrolment can be deferred, whether you need to complete a form, or whether any fees can be transferred. The request for advice is present in “I would really appreciate your advice,” but adding a direct question would make this part clearer and develop the purpose of the letter more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter follows a generally suitable order: greeting, explanation, request to study next term, and closing. This gives the reader an overall sense of your purpose. However, the opening explanation combines several points in one extended sentence, making the relationship between your studies, job, move, and schedule harder to follow. The transition “Unfortunately” helps introduce the decision to stop, while “I would like” signals your preferred next step. To improve progression, separate the background into shorter sentences and use distinct paragraphs for the circumstances, your request to defer, and your question about the procedure. The closing is appropriate, though the advice request could be linked more directly to a specific question.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough relevant vocabulary to communicate the situation, including “evening course,” “international student,” “schedule,” and “next term.” There are also attempts at more expressive language, such as “hectic scheduled,” but inaccurate word forms and spelling reduce precision. Examples include “writting,” “rally,” and “ciuse,” as well as the unnatural phrase “scholar student.” Some expressions, including “doing job in city” and “match my schedule with studies,” are understandable but not idiomatic. These errors make the letter less polished and can briefly slow the reader. Focus on accurate spelling and natural collocations, such as “working in the city” and “balance my work and studies,” while keeping the vocabulary clear and appropriate for a formal letter.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a reason clause beginning “because of that,” and the main message remains understandable. However, the long opening sentence contains several grammatical problems that make the relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “I am lilly, and enrolled” is missing a subject or auxiliary in the second clause, and “as you I am an international student” has an unclear clause structure. There are also issues with articles and sentence boundaries, as in “doing job in city” and “this case.I am.” Use shorter, complete sentences and check that each clause has a clear subject and verb. This would improve accuracy while allowing you to retain some complex sentence forms.
