In many countries, most of masses addicted to consume cigrates,Moreover smoking can create serious health issues, however some individuals think that cigrates should be banned by government. I am partially agree with this statement smoking should cause health risks among individuals but it should be really hard to properly banned usage of smoking.
Smoking affect individuals in many ways it increase health problems among folks such as lungs damage and cancer and it also affected another masses who stands next to them while they smoke. As a result it creates health risks also for non smokers. To add on, it also pollute our environment in really very bad way because after smoking, the small bud of cigrate left that individuals through everywhere because that contains plastic filter with tobacco, the filter can not easily decompose in soil it will take time of 6 to 7 years to elimite.
Complete banning smoking i dont think it will be a proper sucessfull idea because many masses are addicted to it, authority may increase taxes on cigrates. So masses can not easily afford cigrates on daily bases and ban smoking in public areas help non smokers to stay out of any health risk caused by smoking. on same side authority make smoking places for smokers with smoking garbage bins that will help to decrease little bit environmental problems.
To conclude, smoking cause high health risks among individuals and also environmental problems but complete ban on smoking i dont think its good idea authority increase taxes on cigrates and also make smoking places that help to reduce environmental problems

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both the health and environmental arguments surrounding the smoking ban and presents a clear, albeit partially developed, position. The writer notes that while smoking causes serious health risks, a complete ban is unrealistic due to widespread addiction, suggesting higher taxes and designated smoking areas instead. However, some ideas lack sufficient extension and support. For instance, the point about environmental pollution caused by cigarette filters is introduced but not fully elaborated with specific examples. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to provide more fully developed explanations and deeper analysis for each main idea presented in the body paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear stance established in the introduction and restated in the conclusion. Paragraphing is utilised to separate distinct ideas, such as the health impacts in the first body paragraph and the practical solutions in the second. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical. Basic cohesive devices and transitions like 'To add on', 'on same side', and 'To conclude' are used repetitively or somewhat awkwardly, and referencing between ideas occasionally lacks smoothness. To achieve a higher level, the writer should employ a more varied and natural range of cohesive devices and ensure that logical relationships between sentences are clearly and seamlessly maintained throughout the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary to communicate the main arguments, including terms like 'addicted', 'environment', and 'taxes'. However, there are noticeable limitations and inaccuracies in word choice, collocation, and spelling that reflect a restricted lexical repertoire. Examples of errors include writing 'cigrates' instead of cigarettes, 'consume' instead of consumption, and phrases like 'masses are addicted to consume'. Less common vocabulary is attempted with limited success. To improve this criterion, the writer must expand their vocabulary range, pay closer attention to word forms and collocations, and eliminate recurring spelling mistakes to ensure greater precision and fluency.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting structures such as conditional and concessive clauses. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Issues include subject-verb agreement errors ('smoking affect', 'smoking cause'), missing articles ('in really very bad way'), incorrect prepositions, and run-on sentences with inadequate punctuation. For example, the sentence 'So masses can not easily afford cigrates on daily bases and ban smoking in public areas help non smokers...' strings multiple clauses together incorrectly. To reach the next level, the writer needs to exercise better control over complex sentence structures, improve punctuation, and reduce basic grammatical inaccuracies.
