New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Dear Mr. Smith,

Welcome to our community, I got to know that you have moved to the house next to mine recently. Yours house number is A-41 and mine is A-42.

I am writing this letter to make request to you that if you can play music at lower volume at late night then that would be really helpful to me as usually I am studying till midnight to prepare for my upcoming exams in next month. This will be my final examination to get degree of Doctor. Not only me but my family is also getting affected because of high volume of music in night. My son has to wake up early in the morning due to school and my wife is also working professional and she also needs to wake up by 6:00 am in the morning because of high volume of music they are also not able to sleep properly.

I really appreciate if you can stop playing music or play with such a volume that others don't get affected.
