New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Dear Mrs. Sharma,

I am Tinkal Patel your next door neighbour. I am writing to request that I have my examination next week and the music played inside your house since late night is disturbing me.

To commence with, I have an exam next week for Masters in Physiotherapy. I only get chance to study at night since I have to attend college lecture in daytime. Due to loud music played inside your house for late night I am not able to concerntrate on my studies. I am very nervous for the examination and due to loud music I think I might fail in the exam.

Lastly, I would like you to slower down the music volume whenever you play songs. Similarly avoid playing music till late night. Kindly consider this matter.

I hope as a neighbour you can listen to my request and pay attention to the matter also take action in my favour.
