New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Hi there,

I hope you’re settling in well to the neighborhood. I wanted to have a quick word about something that’s been a bit of a problem for me lately.

With my final exams coming up soon, I really need to focus on studying and also get enough sleep to be at my best. However, the music from your place has been quite loud late at night, which is not only making it hard for me to concentrate to study but it is also giving hard time when i wanted to sleep .

I completely understand wanting to enjoy your music, but I’d really appreciate it if you could turn it down or maybe keep it earlier in the evening. That way, I can prepare properly for my exams without losing sleep.

Thanks so much for understanding, and I’m looking forward to being good neighbors!
