New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Parminder Singh and I am your neighbour, living next door to your apartment at 155 Dorval avenue. I am writing to express my annoyance with the late night music parties at your place.

Actually, I have several problems due to high noise. Firstly, I could not sleep properly.In addition, I have my college exam soon, due to noise I could not concentrate on them very well. As our building is old there is not good insulation in between apartments.

Due to lack of sleep, I feel drozzy at college and could not focus on lectures. Apart from that, I found my self less productive during the days.

I would appreciate it if you could slow down the volume of your music system after 8 pm. Moreover, you could use our building club house for the parties and you did not have to pay any charges for that because it is free for residents.
