New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have been living in flat no 23 from last 2 years and I really liked this flat because there is no noise or other complaints from my neighbours.

But recently I have noticed that in flat 24 new neighbours have moved recently and they always play very loud music till midnight. I have my exams next week and I cannot concentrate on my studies study due to loud music.

The music is so loud that I can hear it from next door and noise cancellation headphones nothing works for me.

I would really appreciate for your assistance if you would ask them to review the policies. And remind that there are other neighbours in the society who get disturbed.
