Hello,

I hope this letter finds you well. Initially, I would like to welcome you into our lovely neighbourhood. Lately, few noise related issues have came into my attention since you moved in.

We live next door to each other in the same building and whenever you play music, I can hear it clearly from my apartment and the vibration of the bass is killing my ears. However, the reason I am writing you this message is my annual exams are just around the corner. Also, I am unable to focus on my studies too. Additionally, my mother has a cardiovascular health related problem as well and she was not able to get enough sleep because of the loud noise coming from your flat.

It would be really nice if you turn down the volume of your stereo system. Furthermore, the building has strictly enforced policy that nobody can play loud music after midnight. Eventually, I do not want to take any legal action against you. It would be much appreciated if you can avoid playing music at night.
