DEAR NEIGHBOURS,
I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I AM LIVING IN THIS SAME APARTMENT NEXT TO YOUR FLAT. I FACE SOME ISSUES AT NIGHT TIME BECAUSE YOU PLAY LOUD MUSIC THAT PUT BAD IMPACT ON MY SLEEP AND ON MY STUDIES. MOREOVER, I CAN NOT CONCENTRATE ON MY STUDIES SINCE LOUND NOISE.AS A RESULT, I ALWAYS FEEL SLEEPY WHILE STUDYING.
FURTHERMORE, I HAVE MY EXAMINATIONS SOON. IF IT WILL HAPPEN SAME, THEN MAY BE I GET LESS MARKS IN MY STUDIES. THEREFORE, I REQUEST YOU TO STOP PLAYING MUSIC LOUDLY.
IF POSSIBLE, YOU CAN PLAY LOW VOLUME MUSIC OR USE THE COMMUNITY HALL FOR PARTIES THAT IS SITUATED NEAR TO OUR FLATS. IT IS FREE FOR EVERYONE WHO ARE LIVING IN THIS COMMUNITY.
