New neighbours have recently moved into the house/flat next door to where you live. You have examinations soon, but your neighbours play music late at night which is affecting your studies and sleep.

Dear Mr. Joel,

I hope you are enjoying your new house. I am writing this to report a little concern about the noise coming from your house at night.

I know different people have their own ways to relax after a long day and I think you like to play music to refresh your mind. However, a loud music noise creating a disturbance for me especially at night.

I am a full-time medical student and my examinations is coming soon, I am not able to sleep properly due to loud noise which is effecting my learning time during the day. I think you already know, medical study needs proper concentration to focus on every topic.

I am not saying to stop playing music completely but make sure you lower down you volume after 10PM, so I can take my proper sleep.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope we can solve this issue with joint efforts.
