Dear Mr and Mrs Smith,
I am writing this letter to express my disatissfaction regarding the noise coming from your house late at night.
Recently, I have been hearing so much noise coming from your flat after 9.30 p.m., which is very inconveniant for me, because it is causing me a significant problems, with my sleep schedule, and my studies. Moreover, my final exams is next week. I am preparing for it. Unfortunately, due to the disturbing music sound, and loud noises from your guests, coming from your apartment late at night I am unable to do so.
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could turn the volume of music low after 8.00 p.m., and keep your windows locked during night time. Additionally, could you please make sure your guests are being quiet during mid night to avoid any disturbing noise.
