IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The given table compares the proportion of different age group of males and females who utilize their average time on social networks in European countries.

Overall, teenagers like 16-20 age group of people spent more time on internet . Whereas, the old age group of members who are 50+ they invest less time on the web.

At fleet glance the given table shows the percentages of different age groups person. Firstly, children who are 11-15 year old males are spent more time on internet at 8 hours Whereas, male utilize there time on the web only 6 hours. Secondly the adults who are 16-20 they invest more time on social networks rather then all ages male spent 19% and female 18 hours. However, the age group of oldies 50+utilize there time only 2 hours in male and 3 hours it is the lowest age .

Furthermore, age 26-30 both female and male invest average time on internet only 4 hours. While, the age 21-25 and 31-50 total hours of male 10 hours and females utilize 9 hours.
