Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response successfully identifies the main features and makes relevant comparisons. You have highlighted the peak age group (16-20) and noted the gender trends across the different brackets. However, the report could be improved by grouping the data more effectively rather than listing every single age bracket sequentially. For instance, you could have contrasted the younger groups with the older ones more explicitly. While all parts of the task are addressed, the analysis remains somewhat descriptive rather than analytical, which prevents it from reaching a higher band. Ensure that the overview clearly captures the most significant trends rather than just stating the highest value.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, and the progression of ideas is easy to follow. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Turning to the details', and 'Moving further' to guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing, such as 'the peer group group' (repetition) and 'in next age bracket' (missing article). The paragraphing is appropriate, but the flow between sentences could be smoother to achieve a more natural, sophisticated structure.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey the information clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'demographics', 'proportion', and 'bracket'. However, there are some awkward collocations and word choices, such as 'European natives' (which sounds slightly unnatural in this context) and 'consumed on web' (which is not standard usage). To improve, try to vary your verbs and nouns to avoid repetition of words like 'spent' and 'time'. The range is sufficient for the task but lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors, such as 'the age group of 16-20 is the highest... who is engaged' (subject-verb agreement and relative pronoun usage) and 'in age group of 11-15 years' (missing article). Additionally, there are minor punctuation and phrasing issues, such as 'same for for both genders'. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles to improve accuracy.
