This table illustrates the information about the average hours spent on internet by European people of different age groups .
Overall all the greatest number is 19 percent of male and 18 percent female at the age of 16 to 20 while at the age of 51 + spend the smallest number, male are 1% less than the female.
At the age of 11 to 15 male percentage is 8 and female is just 6% although the percentage is increasing as the age is growing 16 to 20 years old male and female share the largest proportion. Furthermore the age is growing but the trend of using internet is decreasing so at the age of 21 to 25 7% man and 5 percent woman are interested in using internet similarly at the age of 31 to 50 the decreasing number can be observed significantly . Moreover the average percentage of male is decreasing because at the age 50 + male percentage is just 2 percent and it is the lowest percentage among all the ages of both genders.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response attempts to summarize the data, but there are significant issues with accuracy and interpretation. You have confused the units provided in the table, referring to 'percentages' when the data clearly represents 'average hours'. Furthermore, the data interpretation is inconsistent; for example, you state that the 16-20 age group is the largest, but then suggest a decreasing trend that is not fully supported by the figures provided. While you do identify some main features, the lack of precision in reporting the data and the misidentification of the units significantly hinder the task achievement. To improve, ensure you carefully read the labels on the axes and legends before writing.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The response is organized into paragraphs, but the flow of ideas is often disjointed. While you use some cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'Moreover', their usage is sometimes mechanical or does not accurately reflect the relationship between the data points. The progression of information is somewhat confusing, particularly when describing the trends across age groups. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs lacks logical development. To improve, focus on grouping related data points together and using transition words that accurately signal the direction of your argument or comparison.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally limited and repetitive. You rely heavily on basic terms like 'increasing', 'decreasing', and 'number'. There are also issues with word choice, such as using 'man' and 'woman' instead of 'males' and 'females' or 'men' and 'women' in a formal context. The misuse of 'percentage' instead of 'hours' is a recurring lexical error that impacts the clarity of your report. To reach a higher band, you need to incorporate a wider range of vocabulary related to data description, such as 'fluctuate', 'peak', 'decline', and 'proportion'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'male are 1% less'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or lack necessary prepositions, such as 'at the age 50 +'. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often inaccurate. To improve, focus on basic sentence construction, ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and verb, and pay closer attention to pluralization and the correct use of prepositions when discussing data points.
