IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The rendered table is crystal clear delineation about the time devote by different age group of European people on the Internet.

Overall, the maximum hours spend by teenagers on internet. However, senior citizens have least interest on spending time online. Surprisingly, adults shows the constant ratio.

To commence with, 6 females and 4 males devote their time online by the age group of around 11-15 years. However, teenager group of age around 16-20 years old have maximum members of spending time on internet with 18 females and 19 males. Youth have only 5 females and 7 males that enjoying online activities.

Moving towards, remaining information is about the constant ratio of both males and females which is only 4, belongs to adult age group of 26-30 years old. Age group of 31 to 50 years old group have least members with 4 females and 3 males. Senior citizens have minimum members that spend time on internet.
