The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given table shed light on the average hours spent on the internet by the European people of different age groups. The given table highlights the following things.
To begin with, as per the data given in the table , it shows that people between the age of 16 to 20 spend more time by using internet regardless of gender. However, both male and female between the age of 26 to 30 spend same hours, which is 4, on the internet. Furthermore, the table also illustrates that as people grow older either male or female, they spend less time on internet particularly at the age of fifties as they used to do in their earlies sixteens and twenties. However, one thing which is noticeable in the table is when females cross the 50 age bracket, they spend one hour more on internet as compared to males.
Hence, the given table is about the average hours spent on the internet by the European people of different age groups.
