The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The provided table chart delineates the information of number of hours spent on the internet by European residents of several age groups.

Overall, it is clearly evident that the internet engagement of age group of 16 to 20 had the highest figure of both male and female residents of europe, while the age of over 51+ men and women recorded the lowest figure.

In details, European male under the age of 16 to 20 accounted for the largest interent useage at 19 hours ,followed by 18 hours witnessed by women. the internet preference of females under the age between 26-30 and 31-50 remained relatively stable. which is just 4 hours.

Furthermore, females who are under age of 11 to 16, prefer to spend 4 hours on online services.In contrast, the hours of male interent users were 8 under the age of 11 to 15. As per the age 31-50 and 51+ , both, male and females hours were comperatively low, which is 3 and 2 respectively.
