IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The table demonstrates average hours spent by different age groups of European people including both male and female on the internet.

overall, from age 16 to 22 european people spent 18 hours on average on internet whereas, after age 21 people reduces their screen time to 5 hous in average.

In europe, early teenagers apecially males used to spent around 8 hours on averge whereas females spent 6 hours which is slightly less then males. However, late teenagers spend their most amount of time on screen with is approximately 18 hours on average for both males and females. From early twenties, internet average time reduced to 6 hours on average that keeps droping to 4 hours by the age of 50. Moreover, from age fifty onwards the internet usage drops to 2 hours on average.

at the end, table shows clear difference in age groups regarding to internet usage in eaely twenties and late twinties.
