The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The table compares the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.
Overall, the teenagers of age group of 16-20 in both gender while older people are less intrested in spending time on internet. In age between 26 to 50 there are similar participation in using internet. There is decreasing ratio of usage after 16-20 age group.
Starting from age group 11-15, male spent more 2 hours more time then women. Where Male use 8 hours and women use 6 hours. While in 16-20 age group both men and women spent the highest amount of time with 19 hours and 18 hourse compre to all other age groups.
Older people with more than 51 age spent very less time in internet, where men spent only 2 hours and women spent 3 hours.In 21- 25 age, group male spent seven hours and female spent 5 hours. After 25, between 26 and 50 age group average spent time of both male and female are similar around 3 hours and 4 hours.
