IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table gives information about the average hours spent on the Internet by European people of different age groups.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The information provided in the given table illustrates a regular time spend on the computer network by European male and female of distinct age members.

Overall, it is quite evident from the mentioned table that both male and female aged between 16 and 20 significantly used internet in their normal life, followed by people of the aged from 21 to 25. While individuals aged of 50 or more are very lower interaction with computer network.

To commence with, male children aged between 11 and 15 used internet of only 8, while female from the same age slightly lower used of just 6. Meanwhile, boys teenager whos aged was 16 to 20 substantially used of internet at 19, similar trend goes for girls of about 18. Consequently, individuals aged between 21 and 25 usage of internet was 7 for male and 5 for female.

In the subsequent way, people whos aged lie between 26 and 30 their computer network usaged was exactly same for men and women at only 4. Furthermore, 31 to 50 years old male individuals interact with internet of nearly 3 whereas female interaction is gradually high at 4. Ultimately 50 years old or over the men contibution with social media is only 2, while the women have just 3.
