The given table provide us information about the average hours spending by european people of different age groups on the internet.
Overall, the male belonging to the age group of 11 to 15 years spend 8 hours on the internet whereas, 6 hours by european female.
It is crystal clear, from the information that people between 16 to 20 age group spend maximum time on the internet whether it's a male or female.Generally, in this age group female spend 18 average hours on the internet and male spend 19 hours.
Furthermore, the female of age group 31 to 50 spend average 4 hours on the internet while male spend 3 average hours. It is immensely clear, from the data that eupropean people above 51 years spend very less or you can say minimum hours 2 hours by male and 3 hour by female on the internet.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You identify the main peak accurately: people aged 16–20 record the highest figures for both sexes, at 19 hours for males and 18 for females. You also report the 11–15 and 51+ figures, and include a comparison for ages 31–50. However, the response only partially summarises the table: it omits the 21–25 and 26–30 groups, and the overview does not clearly describe the overall pattern across age groups. The statement that the 31–50 group spends four hours for females and three for males is accurate, but the figures for ages 26–30 would help show the decline and equality between sexes. The response is also four words below the required minimum. Include a fuller overview and select key comparisons across the whole table.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure, with an introduction followed by separate comments on the age groups, and signposts such as “Overall” and “Furthermore” help indicate movement between points. However, the progression is not fully clear: the overview focuses only on the 11–15 group, while the next paragraph introduces the peak, and the final paragraph jumps to older groups without covering the intervening categories. Some linking is mechanical, particularly the repeated “It is … clear” phrasing. Grouping the figures into younger, peak-use, and older age ranges would create a more logical progression. Use comparisons to connect the groups rather than presenting isolated observations.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough topic vocabulary to communicate the subject, including “age group,” “average hours,” and “maximum time.” There are also attempts at more emphatic expressions, such as “immensely clear,” but these are not natural choices for a neutral data summary. Repetition of “spend” and “on the internet” limits the range, while “very less” and “european female” are awkward or imprecise. Spelling and capitalisation also need attention, as in “eupropean” and “european.” Aim for concise, accurate reporting language and vary expressions for describing figures and trends. For example, use “recorded” or “spent” for values and “the lowest figure” rather than “minimum hours.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts a few complex structures, including “It is crystal clear, from the information that…” and “whether it’s a male or female,” but sentence patterns are limited and errors occur frequently. The opening has subject–verb and verb-form problems: “The given table provide us information” should be “The table provides information,” and “hours spending” should be “hours spent.” Other examples include “the male … spend” and “female spend,” where the verb form does not agree with the subject, as well as the fragment “whereas, 6 hours by european female.” Punctuation is also inconsistent, including missing spaces after full stops. Practise complete comparative sentences and check agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
