The given table shows, the information about the average hours spent on the internet by the citizens of Europe in different age groups.

To begin with, mostly the people age of 11-15 in which males were more addictive to the internet 8 hours. Also, female devoted their 6 hours on internet. Furthermore, the age group of 16-20 they both invested their hours on the web was the highest among all 19 and 18 respectively.

For 26-30 generation they allocated similar 4 hours only. Ahead, for the native of Europe in which only 3 and 4 hours were spent on digital world by the age range of 31-50. But, 51 and above older people spent their less time on internet near to 3 hours for both genders.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the main pattern accurately: the 16–20 group records the highest figures, while people aged 51+ spend the least time online. You also report several values correctly, including 8 and 6 hours for ages 11–15 and 19 and 18 for ages 16–20. However, coverage is incomplete: the 21–25 figures (7 and 5) are omitted, and the final comparison incorrectly says both genders in the 51+ group spend “near to 3 hours”; the table shows 2 hours for males and 3 for females. The overview is relevant, but the response is under the required 150 words, which limits its development. Include the missing age group and distinguish the final figures clearly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, an overview and a body paragraph, and the age groups are generally presented in a sensible order. Linking expressions such as “Overall,” “Furthermore” and “For 26–30” help signal movement between points. However, progression is not consistently clear: “Ahead” is an awkward transition, and “But” introduces the final comparison without a clear contrast. Some sentences combine several details in confusing ways, particularly the sentence about ages 16–20. Group the figures into clearer comparisons and use straightforward links such as “By contrast” or “In the oldest group.” This would make the organisation more coherent and reduce the impression of mechanical or inaccurate cohesion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “devoted,” “allocated,” “generation” and “digital world,” showing an effort to avoid repeating “spent.” However, several choices are inaccurate or unnatural for describing a statistical table. “More addictive to the internet” makes an unsupported claim about addiction, while “invested their hours” and “native of Europe” do not fit the intended meaning. “Mostly the people age of 11–15” is also unclear. These choices sometimes make the information harder to interpret, despite the general topic remaining understandable. Prefer precise, neutral reporting language and use it consistently; for example, say that a group “spent” or “recorded” a number of hours online.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, and the overall meaning can usually be followed. However, control is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to process. For example, “The given table shows, the information” has incorrect punctuation and sentence construction, while “the age group of 16-20 they both invested their hours” lacks a clear grammatical structure. There are also problems with articles, agreement and phrasing, as in “least was used” and “the people age of 11-15.” Build accurate simple sentences first, such as “Males aged 11–15 spent eight hours online,” then combine them with clauses only when the structure is secure. Check commas and sentence boundaries.
