Student answer (Band 6.0)

The low proportions of population support the view of it is better to admit a poverty situation. For instance, the profession which is not available to give strong satisfaction or the lack of wage. Others oppose this idea and claim that it is best to try and enhance these conditions. However, i will discuss the view of second one for this argument.

There are numerous poverty countries which is usually destroyed by authorities or even they are honestly in the real state due to having less resource or education. In this situation, it is better to adapt it since the residents do not have opportunity to grow or study even in high school. The population is not available to own a language, education and knowledge as they work throughout day by day to bring home the bacon. Tragically, it is often affected substantially by children to support their family instead of study by doing hard works which are low evaluated and not sufficient to live. Thereby, they have to adapt in this challenging situation before it is too late.

As far as, the attempt is concerned it is completely better to try even if it did not achieve. Nowadays, the earth contains over 2 hundred countries that majority of them are poverty and small countries in which some of them achieved by competing and pressuring the governments to put into actions properly and wisely.

In conclusion, it is way better to consider out of your limit and adopt to enhance the poverty condition and mindset that if we can not change the community, who can modify it positively and properly even through restrict the unlimited politics.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument, but the development of ideas is inconsistent and often unclear. While you attempt to discuss the necessity of adapting to poverty, the logic is frequently obscured by imprecise phrasing, such as 'the profession which is not available to give strong satisfaction.' The position is stated in the introduction, but the supporting arguments in the body paragraphs lack clarity and specific, relevant examples. The conclusion attempts to summarize but ends with a confusing sentence that does not clearly synthesize the points made. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-explained idea that directly supports your stance.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow of ideas is often disjointed. While you use some cohesive devices like 'For instance,' 'However,' and 'In conclusion,' their usage is sometimes mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'As far as, the attempt is concerned.' The referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of your argument. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs lacks logical cohesion. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the readability of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary range is limited and often used inaccurately. Phrases like 'poverty countries' (instead of 'impoverished countries') and 'admit a poverty situation' demonstrate a lack of control over word choice and collocation. You rely on repetitive or basic vocabulary, and some expressions, such as 'bring home the bacon' or 'restrict the unlimited politics,' are either idiomatic in a way that doesn't fit the academic context or are semantically unclear. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensure that words are used in their correct grammatical context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the essay, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('There are numerous poverty countries which is usually destroyed'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or contain awkward phrasing that impedes clarity, such as 'The population is not available to own a language.' While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty, leading to confusion. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency. Reducing the complexity of your sentences until you have better control over basic grammar will help improve your overall accuracy.
