Student answer (Band 7.0)
Many individuals claim that it is better to adopt with worst situations such unfavourable work environment or low salary, however, others argue that people should try to enhance the bad situation. This essay will discuss both views, and I believe it would be the best if people try to improve their overall situation.
On the one hand, people who contend that accepting bad situation is better give their reasons as follows. There is no any fulfilling employment in the job market. Some of the corporations provide health working environment at the workplace but salaries what they provide are not sufficient, others businesses have opposite options. So if people want be satisfy they should have to be flexible and adoptable at current situations. For example, government jobs in Bangladesh have a big demand among the young adult, as it offers a great job security, although salaries are low.
On the other hand, there are several potential reasons why individuals should try to overcome unfavourable situations. Firstly, by taking challenges people can enhance their competencies in the job markets. When someone try to find the ways to develop current bad situation, they acquire knowledge which help them to overcome the worst situation. In addition, thinking and working for developing helps individuals for their career growth. For instance, one of my friends, who worked on logo design, faced a big challenges to source any jobs online, then he develop his skill on google ads. Now he is happy with his earning.
In conclusion, although some people argue accepting bad situation is better, a large number of people and I believe that trying to overcome worst conditions in the best option.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both perspectives and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the mention of job security versus career growth. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding 'accepting bad situations' relies on a single example of government jobs in Bangladesh, which is a bit narrow. To reach a higher band, you should aim to expand your supporting points with more depth or broader implications. The position is consistent throughout, and the conclusion effectively summarizes your stance, meeting the requirements for a well-structured response.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', 'Firstly', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader through your argument. While the progression of ideas is clear, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes repetitive or slightly mechanical. Additionally, there are minor issues with referencing, such as the phrase 'others businesses have opposite options', which lacks clarity. Improving the variety of your linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the overall flow and coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'unfavourable', 'competencies', and 'career growth'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'adopt with worst situations' (should be 'adapt to difficult situations') and 'health working environment' (should be 'healthy'). Some phrasing is also slightly unnatural, such as 'no any fulfilling employment'. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your message, they indicate a need for more precise vocabulary usage and better attention to collocations to reach a higher band.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with verb forms and articles, such as 'if people want be satisfy' (should be 'want to be satisfied') and 'he develop his skill' (should be 'he developed his skills'). Subject-verb agreement and pluralization also need attention, for example, 'others businesses' instead of 'other businesses'. Despite these errors, the meaning remains clear throughout the text. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring consistent tense usage.
