Best to understand a bad situations, unsatisfactory jobs and shortage of money is due once need like rents, children school fee and loans. Shortage of money mainly due to some uncertain reasons like hospitalization and purchase of new gadgets or vehicle for transportation. A person's monthly may simply leads bad situations for a family. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides an opinion, but the development is inconsistent. The first body paragraph focuses on the causes of financial hardship rather than explaining why some people believe in 'accepting' a bad situation. The second body paragraph discusses the benefits of improving one's situation, which is relevant, but the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. The position is clear, but the supporting ideas are underdeveloped, and the connection between the prompt's premise and the student's explanation is occasionally tenuous. To improve, ensure each paragraph directly addresses the specific viewpoint mentioned in the prompt with clear, logical support.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often disjointed. While there are some cohesive devices used, such as 'On the other hand' and 'To conclude', they are sometimes used mechanically or incorrectly. Referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly in the second paragraph where the link between 'understanding the need' and 'changing a job' is abrupt. The internal structure of the paragraphs lacks a logical flow, making it difficult for the reader to follow the argument's development. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each sentence builds logically on the previous one would significantly enhance the coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'Job is much need in every individuals life' and 'experiences great ambiences'. The student relies on basic vocabulary and struggles with collocations, such as 'attains high package' instead of 'secures a higher salary'. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the lack of sophisticated or precise language limits the score. Expanding your range to include more topic-specific vocabulary and focusing on correct word combinations would be beneficial.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are frequent issues with subject-verb agreement ('Some argues', 'skills also develops'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or lack necessary components, such as 'I contend to better to try and improve such situations'. While there is an attempt to use complex structures, they are often inaccurate, leading to confusion. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency before attempting more complex grammatical forms.
