Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, the government has been supporting to the economic growth in their citizens. It is believed that some individuals argue that governments should not provide international aid because they have unemployment and homelessness in their country. I partially agree with the given statement.
To commence with, regarding domestic aid, people do not have job opportunities and authorities support because they do not provide facilities and any other help. By means of unemployment rates, international companies do not allow to work in their different countries and do not provide job opportunities and academic knowledge experience. For example, many foreign country do not allow to different countries people's work in their own country. Additionally, people can feel that homelessness and unemployment because the international governments do not provide accommodation and job sector in their own country.
On the other hand, in relation to public funds, the authority should invest a large amount of money and support in schools, government job sectors, and housing accommodation to citizens in their own country because they can improve their academic knowledge and experience. Moreover, they do get better housing through government supports. For example, the government of India, they are providing good facilities and full support for individuals because there are decreasing unemployment rates and poverty. In addition, the public have coopereted with their governments and other religion.
To conclude, the government should not provide international aid with other country because there are disadvanteges for their waste of money because they are not copration with other people, while the government should contribute a large amount of money in public facilities because individuals can provide better education, job opportunities, and housing accommodation.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to address the specific prompt provided. The prompt asks about accepting versus improving a 'bad situation' (e.g., an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money). However, the essay discusses government international aid versus domestic spending. This is a significant misunderstanding of the task topic. While the essay is structured as an argument, the content is entirely off-topic. Consequently, the ideas are not relevant to the prompt, and the position is based on a misinterpretation of the core question. To improve, ensure you carefully analyze the prompt's keywords before brainstorming.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is an attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'To commence with', 'On the other hand', and 'To conclude'. However, the progression of ideas is often illogical because the content does not relate to the prompt. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the second paragraph where 'they' is used ambiguously to refer to either the government or the citizens. While the paragraphing is present, the lack of a clear, relevant central theme makes the overall flow difficult to follow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. There are several instances of awkward word choices and non-standard collocations, such as 'supporting to the economic growth' instead of 'supporting economic growth' and 'coopereted with their governments'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas effectively, and the errors in word formation (e.g., 'disadvanteges', 'copration') occasionally hinder the clarity of the message. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning topic-specific collocations and improving spelling accuracy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there is a high frequency of grammatical errors. Frequent issues include incorrect preposition usage ('supporting to', 'allow to work'), subject-verb agreement errors, and awkward phrasing ('many foreign country do not allow to different countries people's work'). Punctuation is generally functional, but the grammatical inaccuracies are persistent throughout the text. While the meaning is usually discernible, the frequency of errors is high, which limits the score.
