Student answer (Band 6.0)
Many individuals believe that it is better to accept the worst circumstances like shortage of money or unsatisfactory job meanwhile other states that it is superior to try and improve such conditions. This essay will discuss both the views and i will give my opinion at the last.
To begin with the people who have the mindset of doing any kind of job just for the sake of money. As these kind of individuals belong to the category where they face financial crisis during their childhood and want to support their family financially as soon as possible. Due to this, they are even admit to do the odd jobs which are not even worthwhile according to their qualification. They continuously juggle between their thoughts of doing job forcefully and due to their economic condition they do not even try to the other companies just in the fear of rejection and unemployment which ultimately destroy their health.
On the other hand, there are individuals who believe that overthinking just worsen the situation besides this it is greater to do hardships and take risk to improve the situation. However, doing job of your own interest and left the unsatisfactory work place for the peace of mind as well as for better carrier opportunities than all the risk taken is valuable as it will improve the condition financially along with the enhancement of health.
In conclusion, i strongly believe the idea of the people who believe in the hard work, seeking better opportunities more than that take initiatives to improve their situation rather than overthink the state.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of why people accept bad jobs is a bit repetitive, and the argument for improving one's situation lacks specific, concrete examples. The conclusion is brief and could have been used to better synthesise the main points. While all parts of the prompt are addressed, the depth of analysis is inconsistent, which prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. To improve, ensure that each body paragraph provides a more detailed explanation and a supporting example to substantiate the claims made.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To begin with', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical or awkward, such as 'besides this it is greater to do hardships'. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, and some sentences lack smooth flow. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence connects logically to the previous one would enhance the overall coherence of the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choice, such as 'they are even admit to do the odd jobs' and 'better carrier opportunities' (likely meaning 'career'). The use of vocabulary is somewhat repetitive, and there is little evidence of less common or idiomatic language. To improve, focus on learning collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form and context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'other states that it is superior' (should be 'others state'), 'do not even try to the other companies' (missing verb), and 'i strongly believe the idea of the people' (awkward phrasing). Punctuation and subject-verb agreement are inconsistent throughout. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors suggests a need for more careful proofreading and a stronger grasp of basic sentence construction.
