Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some people believe that it is better to accept difficult situations, such as an unsatisfied job or financial crises ,while other thinks it is better to improve such kind of situation. As my stand point i believe that people should always try and give their best for get a best opportunity.
Few years later I am also at same position with unsatisfied job and with no interest in that job. Nevertheless to feed my family i just do it and that job not pay me enough as per my position and even their is my no respect .
So I have decided to quite the job and start something by own . but that was not an easy task for me that time i am under debt and i have no money to feed my family .Although i worked hard and gain knowledge about that field.
At start i am not that much successful but i believe in myself and my efforts for this work. At the end all my efforts payed off and i achieve success in my work.
So according to my stand point i personally believe that people should always do that things in which they are interested and wants to do that work with their pure heart and efforts .
So, At the end I only want to suggest that never accept bad situation in your life and always find a way to get out from them and do more efforts for your passion and outcome from bad phase of your life and always try to improve such kind of situations and phases.
Overall, always choose harder right than easier wrong . that line motivates me a lot to do such kind of harder things in my life .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. The discussion of the 'accepting' viewpoint is very brief and lacks depth, relying heavily on personal anecdote rather than a broader analysis of why some might choose to accept a difficult situation (e.g., for stability or lack of alternatives). The personal example is relevant but occupies the majority of the essay, which limits the scope of the discussion. To improve, you should balance the theoretical discussion of both views with your personal experience, ensuring that the arguments are more fully extended and supported with general reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical progression is often hindered by repetitive sentence structures and a lack of sophisticated cohesive devices. While you use some transition words like 'Nevertheless', 'Although', and 'Overall', the flow between sentences is often choppy. The paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs is weak, with many short, simple sentences that do not effectively link ideas together. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and phrases to connect your arguments more fluidly, and ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that guides the reader through your reasoning.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'unsatisfied job' (should be 'unsatisfying job'), 'start something by own' (should be 'start something of my own'), and 'do that things' (should be 'do the things'). These errors occasionally impede the natural flow of the text. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and using more precise academic vocabulary. Avoid repetitive phrasing and try to incorporate more varied synonyms for common words like 'job', 'work', and 'effort'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures. While there are some attempts at complex sentences, they are often marred by grammatical errors, such as 'other thinks' (should be 'others think'), 'at same position' (should be 'in the same position'), and 'all my efforts payed off' (should be 'paid off'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing around commas and periods. To improve, you need to work on subject-verb agreement, verb tense consistency, and the correct use of articles. Aim to incorporate more complex sentence structures, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, while ensuring they are grammatically accurate.
