Both opinion are somewhere right in some term and condition. If a person give his best to improve his current situation but he failed each time so he accept his situation but this doesn't mean that you give up on your situation . If an other person face some difficult time but he didn't give up and fight against the situation that help him to face the problem. The situation of both person are same but the mind set is different . Their mind and their will power lead them different situation.
The person that try to improve his situation lead to the success and the person that didn't even try to improve his situation lead to failure.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 142 words. Consequently, the development of ideas is severely limited. While the prompt asks to discuss both views and provide an opinion, the essay is incomplete and lacks a proper conclusion. The arguments are presented in a very rudimentary fashion, and the personal example mentioned at the end is cut off abruptly. Because the response is significantly under-length and fails to fully address the task requirements, it falls into the lower band range.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay lacks a clear structure. Paragraphing is inconsistent, and the flow of ideas is disjointed. There is a lack of cohesive devices to link sentences and paragraphs, making the progression of arguments difficult to follow. For example, the transition between the general discussion and the personal anecdote is non-existent. The overall arrangement is not coherent, and the lack of a concluding paragraph further hinders the logical development of the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary is very basic and repetitive. Phrases like 'bad time', 'give up', and 'improve his situation' are used repeatedly, indicating a limited range of vocabulary. There are also errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'in some term and condition' instead of 'in some respects' or 'terms and conditions'. The lack of variety and the frequent misuse of common words prevent the expression of more complex ideas, keeping the score in the lower range.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that impede clarity. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'a person give his best'), tense consistency, and sentence structure (e.g., 'The situation of both person are same'). The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. Punctuation is also problematic, with erratic spacing and misuse of quotation marks. These persistent errors and the lack of complex sentence structures significantly affect the readability of the text.
