Student answer (Band 6.0)
EVERYONE ROUND THE GLOBE HAS THEIR OWN PERSPECTIVES, WHICH MAKE US LOOK DISTINCT FROM EACH OTHER AND THIS PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN OUR GROWTH AND LEARNING THROUGHOUT THE LIFE. MANY PEOPLE ARE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH IS LESS PAYING AS THEIR WORTH AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHILE OTHERS HAVE A CLEARLY DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE REGARDING THIS NOTION.
PEOPLE DO JOBS FOR EARNING MONEY OR SOMETIMES IT IS THE PASSION. HOWEVER, IN PAKISTAN, WHICH IS A DEVELOPING STATE, CHANCES OF HAVING GREATER AND BETTER OPPORTUNITIES ARE FAR LESS AS CAMPARED TO THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES THAT HAVE STRONG INFRASTRUCTURE AND ECONOMY. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, A PERSON WHO IS UNDER PAID OR DISSATISFIED WITH HIS CURRENT POSITION OR GROSS SALARY WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE WITH HIS JOB TO SUPPORT HIS FAMILY OR EVEN ONESELF FINANCIALLY RATHER THAN DOING NOTHING. SOME PEOPLE ALSO FIND COMFORTABLE WORKING AT A SAME PLACE WITHOUT ANY INCREMENT OR GROWTH. I BELEIVE THEY MIGHT THINK THAT THIS THE BEST CHANCE THEY COULD EVER AVAIL AND DON'T WANT TO MISS IT AS IF IT WAS THE ONLY CHANCE LEFT.
SIMILARLY, THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE WHO THINKS THAT MOVING FROM ONE ORGANIZATION TO ANOTHER WILL NOT ONLY BRING THEM MORE WEALTH BUT ALSO DEVELOPING THE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WILL HELP THEM FIND THEIR DREAM JOB. THEY WORK AND LISTEN ACTIVELY AND MAKE WAYS TO ATTAIN THEIR GOALS. THEY HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DO SOMETHING BIGGER RATHER THEN JUST DREAMING. THEY MOTIVATE THE INTROVERTS WHO SEEMS FEARED ABOUT ADJUSTING AND WORKING IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT,
OVERALL, I BELIEVE THAT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN ONE'S PERSONALITY SHOULD BE PART OF LIFE. GROWTH AND LEARNING NOT ONLY MAKES OUR VISION BROAD BUT ALSO IMPROVES OUR SOCIAL TRAITS. THEY MAKE US OVERCOME OUR FEARS OF NOT GETTING SUCCESSFUL. FOR EXAMPLE, MANY FATHERS WILLINGLY DO DOUBLE SHIFTS OR PART TIME JOBS TO PAY HIS CHILDREN TUITION. HE NEVER MENTIONED FOR LACK OF RESOURCES OR OPPORTUNITIES INSTEAD HE TRY THE BEST IN HIS HANDS. THIS STRONGLY REFLECTS THAT NOT ONLY HARDWORK PAYS OFF BUT APPARENTLY WE NEED TO WORK HARD TO CHANGE OUR TIME. THERE IS A FAMOUS QUOTE "TRY TRY AGAIN, TILL YOU SUCCEED"

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. The explanation of why people accept bad situations is relevant, but the discussion on those who seek improvement is less focused, relying on general statements rather than specific, well-supported arguments. The example provided regarding a father working double shifts is a good attempt at illustration, but it is slightly disconnected from the broader discussion of career advancement. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph provides a more balanced and detailed exploration of the prompt's core concepts.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'However', 'Similarly', and 'Overall', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and there are instances where the flow between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of job seekers and the concluding paragraph is slightly abrupt. Additionally, the use of referencing is occasionally unclear, which slightly impacts the overall cohesion of the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'notion', 'infrastructure', and 'introverts', but some word choices are slightly imprecise or awkward, such as 'less paying as their worth' or 'make ways to attain their goals'. While the range is sufficient to discuss the topic, the lack of more sophisticated collocations and precise terminology limits the score. Spelling is generally accurate, but the use of all-caps in the original text is a stylistic issue that should be avoided.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'there are other people who thinks', 'introverts who seems feared') and article usage. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some run-on sentences and missing commas. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Increasing the variety of error-free complex structures and proofreading for basic agreement errors would significantly improve the quality of the writing.
