Well according to the situation there are many peoples believe work life balance instead of high amount of salary they believe if they are they company provide work life balance they can spend a more time in company and live a happy life on the other hand many people frustrated by behaviour of the colleagues or the company environment. Well there are more important problem the boys also feel in the company when they get low wages or low salaries it could be motivate their performance so they don't feel like importance in the company they wanted to left the company. My personal experience I also worked in a company which is international company there employees in field motivated because the company not promote then in a in a certain duration so people feel the motivated and wanted to left the company. Also the company have a strict policies that's why the employee can't share their personal experience or problems to their manager or higher exactive so that the feel demotivated. Solutions

Company to promote a less strict environment so that every one can share their problems if the company environment would be friendly the employee field motivated and their like to do work in a good way.

It is often argued that the most effective way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. While I agree that sports facilities can encourage people to exercise, I believe that there are other more effective ways to improve public health.

On the one hand, building more sports facilities can be a good way to encourage people to exercise. When people have easy access to gyms, swimming pools, or sports fields, they are more likely to engage in physical activities. For example, if a local community center has a gym, people living nearby might be more inclined to go there after work or on weekends. This can lead to a more active lifestyle, which is essential for maintaining good health and preventing diseases.

On the other hand, I believe that there are other more effective ways to improve public health. One of the most important factors is education. If people are educated about the importance of a healthy diet and regular exercise, they are more likely to make better choices. For instance, schools can teach children about nutrition and the benefits of physical activity, which can help them develop healthy habits from a young age. Furthermore, governments can implement policies that promote healthy living, such as taxing sugary drinks or subsidizing healthy foods. These measures can have a more significant impact on public health than just building more sports facilities.

In conclusion, while building more sports facilities can be a useful tool for improving public health, it is not the only or the most effective way. A combination of education, government policies, and access to sports facilities is necessary to achieve significant improvements in public health.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 3.0

The response is highly problematic as it addresses two completely different topics. The first paragraph discusses work-life balance and job satisfaction, while the second half of the essay shifts entirely to the topic of public health and sports facilities. This indicates a failure to address the prompt provided. The first section is disjointed and lacks a clear position, while the second section, although better written, is irrelevant to the task instructions. Consequently, the response fails to develop a coherent argument regarding the prompt about accepting or improving bad situations. It does not meet the requirements of the task.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The essay lacks logical progression because the content is split between two unrelated subjects. The first section is a series of fragmented thoughts with poor paragraphing and no clear transition between ideas. The second section is better structured with clear paragraphing and cohesive devices like 'On the one hand' and 'Furthermore', but because it is off-topic, it does not contribute to the overall coherence of the required task. The lack of a unified structure and the abrupt shift in topic significantly hinder the reader's ability to follow the argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary in the first section is repetitive and contains several errors in word choice, such as 'new hiding' (hiring) and 'higher exactive' (executive). There is a lack of precision and a limited range of academic vocabulary. The second section demonstrates a better range of vocabulary, such as 'maintaining good health' and 'subsidizing', which suggests a higher potential. However, the overall performance is inconsistent due to the confusion between the two topics and the frequent misuse of basic terminology in the first half.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The first section contains frequent grammatical errors that impede communication, such as 'many peoples believe work life balance' and 'people lose their interest from the company'. Sentence structures are often run-on or fragmented. The second section shows a much better command of grammar with complex sentence structures and fewer errors. However, the overall score is pulled down by the poor grammatical control and lack of sentence variety in the first half of the response. Punctuation is also inconsistent throughout the text.
