IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

First i discuss about the early situation of bad happening.Its a very commom situation because many people facing the same problems.So if it happen to you first time then many be you feel uncomfotable but when it happen to you many times than its feel free becuse you learn to face it. Some people have enough courage to make a different way to handle it. They search the solution of this situation to aviod it to happen next time. Some people are used to with this bad happening. They thinks that its a routine to face it.My personal exprience about it is to do work on it. Make more efforts during your bad time so it turn in a good situation. Efforts makes everything possible. So always do your best in your bad time. A situation may be soon change but if you turn it than it should leave a mark of your straggle.

I seen a wonam. Which face a very bad critical situation during his hasband illness. She have only two small daughters and no other person for her support. She did not cry on her fate. she started her straggle. She make a small shop in her house and start selling a goods of different kind. After ten years her husband died. She never broke her patience and do her work with great effort. Now she is able to do everything for her daughters. currently her shop change in gerenal store. This is possible only because of her effort and endless working.

We all have this courage. We just need to push ourself from bad to good days.
