Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some time bad situation comes in our lives. It is also the part of our life. some people think that bad situation is ok like unsatisfactory job and shortage of money while other thinh that you need to try some thing better and improve your life. First I discuss both views then I give my own opinion below.
On the one hand the people who said that it is better to try and improve your situatioin said that you become a men and men never forgive. If you have an unsatisfactory then you need to leave this job emidiately. Because every person firstr ambition is to make himself feel good and you have only one life dont waste it. They also said that if you face shortage of money then you need to try some thing new nowaday it is very easy to earn money. If you have confident you make money very easily.
On the other hand the people who said that it it best for you to accept a bad situation tell that allways be thant full of god because god make you and god do any thing. Bad situations is the part of our lives unsatisfactory job and shortage of money is not a very big problem.
In my opinion, I think we need to try some thing better and dont waste our time because if you have time you do any thing. Becareful do not lose your hope.
In conclusion I would like to say that government should need to improve people life make new opertunities that gives people new jobs.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on accepting bad situations versus trying to improve them, and it includes the writer's own opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited and somewhat simplistic. For instance, the discussion on the first view mentions that unsatisfactory jobs should be left immediately because 'you have only one life dont waste it,' which is an everyday point rather than a well-developed argument. The opposing view is also underdeveloped, relying on general statements about being thankful rather than exploring deeper philosophical or practical reasons for acceptance. The conclusion introduces a brand new, irrelevant point about government responsibilities regarding jobs, which does not logically follow from the body paragraphs. Because the ideas are presented simply and lack deep extension, this places the response at Band 5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The response has some organizational structure, opening with an introductory statement, followed by body paragraphs marked by transitional phrases like 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand,' and a concluding remark. However, there is no clear overall progression of ideas, and paragraphing is problematic. Several sentences run together without adequate punctuation or transition, and the final paragraph suddenly introduces a new idea about the government rather than summarizing the previous points. Cohesive devices are minimal, repetitive, or mechanically applied, such as 'They also said that' and 'In conclusion I would like to say that.' Referencing is also occasionally unclear, making the overall flow disjointed. This level of organization aligns with Band 5 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and minimally adequate for the task. The writer relies heavily on simple words and phrases such as 'bad situation,' 'life,' 'job,' and 'money,' repeating them frequently throughout the essay. There are several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, including 'thinh' instead of 'thing,' 'emidiately' instead of 'immediately,' 'firstr' instead of first, 'thant full' instead of thankful, and 'opertunities' instead of opportunities. While the meaning is generally retrievable despite these errors, the lack of flexibility and the frequent lexical inaccuracies restrict the score to Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0 based on standard matching.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control over grammar and punctuation is weak throughout the essay. There are frequent errors in basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and word forms, such as 'Some time bad situation comes' instead of sometimes bad situations come, 'if you have confident' instead of confidence, and 'government should need to improve' which features redundant modals. Punctuation is largely neglected, with missing commas and periods causing multiple run-on sentences that require the reader to pause and decipher the meaning. These frequent errors and the lack of error-free complex sentences place this performance solidly at Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0.
