Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this contemporary era, individuals suffer from various problems in their life. Many people think that it is better to accept the situation, like unsatisfied job or financial instability. While others believe that people should try to put efforts to improve the situations. Both of the perspectives with pertinent will be elucidated before giving my opinion in the following paragraphs.
Out of all the reasons why people should accept their situation, the predominant one state is to improve mental stability. To explain this, it can be elaborated that when people does not does not accept the failure and when it hits them they will go into a deep psychological truma for instance depression, anxiety and so on, to reduce this circumstances it is better to accept the situation and also share with their family members which helps to motivate them and also give sugesstion. As a result, it is beneficial for a person to accept the situation they are going to which helps to fresh the mind.
Nevertheless, other group of individuals argue that the people should try to do better to improve the bad situation because it gives them the motivation to become the better version of themselves. To exemplify this perspective, it can seen as fact that when a person does not give up in his difficult times and put his efforts and hardwork to improve his life condition, it gives him the power, the technique, the attitude and so on because of which he learns something new and also helps to identify his mistakes and he comes to know that failiure is part of life and the winner is the one who lose several times. Therefore, it can be said that it is better to take actions to improve the difficulties in life.
To recapitulate after analysing all the aforementioned ideas it can be inferred that many people say that it is good to accept the bad situation because it gives them the clarity and reduces burdern, while others say that it is best to take action to improve the situation because it helps them to become better. I believe that it is better to put efforts to improve the situation because it is more beneficial for individuals.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on whether to accept or improve a bad situation and provides a clear personal opinion in the conclusion. The ideas are relevant and supported with explanations, such as discussing mental stability and psychological trauma for acceptance, and personal growth and resilience for taking action. However, some arguments tend to over-generalise and lack fully fleshed-out concrete examples from personal experience, remaining somewhat repetitive in their phrasing. The overall position is clear throughout, meeting the criteria for a Band 6.5 or solid Band 6 level of task development.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay is divided into four logical paragraphs: an introduction, two body paragraphs representing each view, and a conclusion. Overall arrangement is coherent and easy to follow. However, cohesion at the sentence level is occasionally faulty or mechanical, with run-on sentences and repetitive transitional phrases like 'to explain this' and 'to exemplify this perspective'. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly in phrases like 'when people does not does not accept the failure and when it hits them they will go into a deep psychological truma'. Paragraphing is used appropriately, but cohesive devices could be managed with greater flexibility and precision to reach a higher band.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully using terms like 'financial instability', 'psychological trauma', and 'resilience' in concept if not always in flawless collocation. There are several noticeable word-choice errors and spelling mistakes, such as 'truma' instead of trauma, 'sugesstion' instead of suggestion, 'failiure' instead of failure, and 'burdern' instead of burden. While these errors do not severely impede communication, they restrict the lexical score to Band 5.5 because precision and accurate spelling of less common vocabulary are lacking.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The essay displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but grammatical accuracy is noticeably weak. There are frequent subject-verb agreement errors and tense issues, such as 'when people does not does not accept' and 'when a person does not give up in his difficult times and put his efforts'. Punctuation is also problematic, leading to massive run-on sentences that link independent clauses without proper coordination or subordination. While the meaning remains generally understandable, the frequency of basic and complex structural errors keeps the performance at a Band 5.5.
