Student answer (Band 5.0)
Bad situations are the part of successful life and facing bad situations is sign of bravery. Today some people are very happy by facing bad situations and they did not try to solve the problem and begin a happy and easy life but some other people believe that struggling through typical situations are not so good and they told we should try to adopt better situations. I will discuss both views and then deliver my own opinion.
On the one hand, some people think that it is good to struggling through present situation even the situation requires some hurdles. Firstly, some people believe that facing improper situations are good and keep on that way is life goal. Secondly, they think that standing on ranks which meet their daily needs are enough because they think that life,s main goal is only living not enjoying life.
On the other hand, some people argue that it is very good to struggling for improvement in life and trying to handle and passing through the bad situations.
At first, some people told that trying to improve lifestyle is very necessary if life style is not equal to society. Moreover, some people argue it is must in life to hope for best and always trying to improvement until death because they think whenever you stop at one rank you would never able to become a world,s number 1 man.
In conclusion, Both view are good for some reasons but i believe that, we should try to improve yourself for success and achieve a good goal because society always remember world,s number 1 person not 2 person.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views and state your own position: the first body paragraph presents accepting a basic standard of living, while the second argues for striving to improve, and the conclusion clearly favours improvement. However, the discussion is only partially developed. The reasons are broad—for example, that life’s goal is “only living” or that people should aim to become “world’s number 1”—and are not explained with specific examples or consequences. The first view is also described somewhat unclearly, so it is difficult to tell why someone might reasonably accept an unsatisfactory job or limited income. Develop each side with a clear reason and a relevant example, and make your position explicit from the introduction onward.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the broad organisation. However, progression within paragraphs is limited: points are listed with “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “Moreover” but are not connected through explanation or examples. Some references are also unclear, particularly “they told we should try to adopt better situations,” which makes the contrast in the introduction hard to follow. Build each paragraph around one main idea, then explain how it supports that view; use linking phrases to show relationships rather than simply announce the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “improve,” “struggling,” “daily needs,” and “lifestyle,” and the reader can generally identify the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, sometimes making the intended meaning difficult to understand. For instance, “facing improper situations,” “struggling through typical situations,” and “standing on ranks” do not express the ideas clearly in this context. Repetition of “some people,” “situations,” and “good” also restricts precision. Learn common phrases for this topic, such as “accept difficult circumstances,” “make ends meet,” and “seek better opportunities,” and check that each chosen word fits the meaning you intend.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because” and “whenever,” and the overall message is usually understandable. However, the range is limited, and attempts at complex sentences often contain errors that can make the reader pause. Examples include “it is good to struggling,” “some people told that,” and “you would never able to become,” where verb forms or sentence patterns are faulty. There are also recurring problems with agreement and articles, as in “Both view are good” and “is sign of bravery.” Aim first for accurate simple sentences, then practise combining them with correctly formed clauses. Proofread for subject–verb agreement, articles, and consistent verb patterns.
