Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this period of modernization, few things are more crucial than career and financial security. Many individuals feel that we should cope with difficult situations, such as lack of financial security and unappropriate career, while others argue that we can improve our condition if try hard. Although both statement have thier advantagdes, I strongly agree that we should foucs on better option.
Firstly, there are many reasons why people believe that we should adjust with bad situation. Perhaps the main idea behind it is the current economical downfall of every country. Nevertheless, most of the developed countries are dealing with financial difficulties. Therefoere, many companines have become bankcrupt and reducing their staff. As a result, a large number of people is facing bad situation in their job field. At the same time, if they don`t willing to cope with worst situation, they might lose their job. For example, many companies have stoped their operation during covid and could not able to paid the minimum salary to their staffs. However, this tough time teaches workers about the money management and how lead life with small amount of money.
Secondly, many would agree that contemporary society has nearly transcended its traditional boundaries. Therefore, people want to grow and want to acehive more higher position because higher position will give them more respect and financial stability. Moreover, it demonstartes unparalled benefits for people's lives permeating and enhencing every concievable sector of society. For instance, the founder bike-ride CEO of bangladesh, who quite his government job at the age of 30 and started his own bike business. At frist, he faced various difficulties but sooner he got success and became the 6th richest person in bangladesh.
In conclusion, it is the responsibility of people to evalute the role of it and determine whether we should stuck in one postion adjusting with obstacles or try to achieve new goal. Althouth, both view show their importance, I strongly support thatfostering an interest in new opportinuties isbeneficial

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You discuss both views and state a clear preference for pursuing better opportunities, so the response addresses the main parts of the task. The first body paragraph gives a relevant reason for accepting difficult circumstances—job insecurity during an economic downturn—and explains that workers may need to keep a job and manage with less. The second paragraph supports trying to improve one’s situation through an entrepreneur’s example. However, some points are not fully explained: the claim that hardship teaches money management is asserted rather than connected clearly to accepting a bad job or financial circumstances, and the business example needs clearer detail and a more explicit link to your argument. Develop each view with a focused explanation and show why your example supports it.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” “For example,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the broad progression. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, and some links between ideas are unclear. For instance, “Nevertheless” does not clearly contrast with the preceding claim about economic difficulties, while “Therefore” introduces a broad statement about society that does not follow directly from the previous sentence. The conclusion also shifts into a general question rather than neatly summarising the two positions. Use transitions that express the precise relationship between ideas, and make each paragraph progress from its main point to explanation and evidence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “financial security,” “financial difficulties,” “stability,” and “opportunities,” and some choices communicate the intended ideas. However, noticeable spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision and can make parts difficult to read, as in “unappropriate,” “bankcrupt,” “acehive,” and “concieivable.” Several phrases are also unnatural or unclear, including “adjust with bad situation,” “grow and want to achieve more higher position,” and “the founder bike-ride CEO.” Some ambitious wording, such as “transcended its traditional boundaries” and “permeating and enhancing every conceivable sector,” is not clearly connected to the argument. Prefer accurate, natural collocations and check spelling; precise vocabulary will be more effective than ornate phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and complex sentence forms, including a concession in the introduction (“Although both…”) and conditional structures such as “if they don’t…”. This gives the response some structural variety, but attempts at longer sentences are often faulty, and errors sometimes make relationships between ideas harder to understand. Examples include “if try hard” (missing subject), “many companies have stoped… and could not able to paid” (incorrect verb forms), and “people is facing” (subject–verb disagreement). The final sentence, “I strongly support thatfostering…,” also has a missing space and an incomplete grammatical construction. Practise accurate clause patterns, agreement, and verb forms, then proofread each sentence to ensure it is complete and clearly punctuated.
