Student answer (Band 6.0)
People have different opinins about how to deal with difficult cirsumstances. While some belive that accepting an unsatisfactory situation is the best option, others argue that we need to put make effort to deal with circumstanes. This essay will discuss will both these view, from my perespective we need to tackle to situation trying to make positve changes is generally more beneficial.
On the one hand, accepting a difficult situation can help people avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment. For example, some people may be unhappy with their job but continue because they need a stable income for their family. Similaraly, people who face financial diffulties may need to accept their circumstances until they find a suitable opportunity. Therefore, accepting may be practicle choice to deal with unconditional circumstances.
On the other hand, people belive that making effort to deal with a bad situation can lead to a better result in the long term. If individuals simply accept their problems without taking actions, they may miss valuabe For example, if an emplyee want get a promotion or high wages, he need to gain higher education or skills and research for better well paid postion. Likewise, people with fincancial circumstances can improve their situation by learning new skills, finding addirional source of income and managing their household expenses carefully, although these steps require time and effort. As a result, they become indepent and secure their future with continues effort.
In conclusion, although accepting unconditional circumstances, where people have no other option can sometime advantegous. But i believe that efforts can create better opportunity can lead to a more satisfying life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both views and give a clear preference for trying to improve difficult circumstances, especially in the introduction and conclusion. The examples about keeping a job for family income and developing skills to seek better-paid work are relevant. This meets the task well overall, but the two sides are not equally developed: the acceptance argument is explained mainly as a way to avoid stress or maintain stability, while the improvement argument has more practical detail. Some points also remain unclear, such as “miss valuable” because the thought is unfinished. To strengthen the response, explain more fully when acceptance is sensible and develop the consequences of taking action, while making your final position more precise.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for each view, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” make the discussion easy to follow, and examples generally appear in the relevant paragraph. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, and a few links or references are unclear. The introduction’s “This essay will discuss will both these view” disrupts the opening, while “miss valuable” leaves the reader unsure what opportunity is meant. The conclusion also begins with “although” but then adds a separate “But” clause, making the relationship between the ideas awkward. Use linking phrases more selectively and ensure each sentence connects clearly to the one before it.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “stable income,” “financial difficulties,” “long term,” and “additional source of income.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both practical acceptance and personal improvement. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word forms are noticeable, including “opinins,” “cirsumstances,” “belive,” “practicle,” and “indepent.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “unconditional circumstances,” “research for better well paid postion,” and “make effort to deal with.” These errors sometimes make the reader pause to interpret your meaning. Build accuracy with common collocations first, then use a wider range of precise phrases for financial hardship, career progression, and taking action.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional sentence beginning “If individuals simply accept their problems” and a concession with “although these steps require time and effort.” The main ideas are usually understandable, but errors in sentence construction and verb forms recur. For example, “This essay will discuss will both these view” contains an incomplete, duplicated structure, and “if an emplyee want get a promotion … he need” has errors in the verb pattern and subject–verb agreement. The final sentence also combines “although” with “But” in a way that leaves the clause structure incomplete. Practise building accurate conditional and concession sentences, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation before submitting.
