Student answer (Band 5.5)
Perspective of some people is that you should accept the bad situation while other argues that we should change our situation inorder to grow. This Eassy will discuss both the situation and will give his opinion.
Everyone give it's own opinion base on the knowledge they have , will life is all about ups and down so you should accept it and move on. One of my cousin was born with an eyesight problem in his left eye, his mother was so worried about him , he gone through multiple operation but the situation gets worst so what he did he accept his bad situation and decided live his life with one eye.The main point of this example is to make people aware that some times you have to accept the bad situation and move on with it.
Life is all about push your self to achieve your goal. One of my favorite qoute from Imran Khan is"You only lose when you give up" so whenever a person fall into a bad situation he should Never Give Up. An example from my personal Experience is, when i graduated from Engineering College no one was offering job to a freshee, However i started working on industrial level projects free of cast for one year inorder to gain experience and to change my life, after completing that project companies every emailing to me to join our team and at that time i was so proud of myself.
I think that everyone should fight to improve his situation there is a famous qoute that the ""water gets stegnant when it stop moving" so keep fighting and improving your situations is the only solution.
I Conclusion i will say accepting a bad situation is acceptable only when you give your 100 percent to the situation and it wont change.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response discusses both views and gives a clear overall preference for trying to improve one’s circumstances. The examples are relevant: the cousin’s eyesight illustrates acceptance, while your effort to gain engineering experience supports persistence. However, the first view is explained mainly through a situation that cannot be changed, rather than the task’s examples of an unsatisfactory job or financial hardship. The conclusion also adds an important qualification—that acceptance is appropriate after giving one’s best effort—which is not fully developed in the body. To strengthen the response, explain more directly why people may accept difficult circumstances and develop the limits of your own position with a specific link to the question’s examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. This makes the overall line of argument understandable, and phrases such as “An example from my personal Experience” signal a shift to supporting evidence. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes awkward, and some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “The main point of this example” repeats the preceding explanation rather than extending it, while “I Conclusion” does not form a clear transition. The final qualification about accepting a situation only after trying to change it is not clearly connected to the earlier argument. Use clearer topic sentences and link each example explicitly to the view it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “accept,” “improve,” “achieve your goal,” and “gain experience,” and the personal examples help make your meaning accessible. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, sometimes making the reader pause: “Eassy,” “qoute,” “freshee,” and “stegnant.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “working on industrial level projects free of cast” and “companies every emailing to me.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. You could also vary repeated words such as “situation” and “bad” with more precise terms, while ensuring that any less familiar vocabulary is used correctly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea in “accepting a bad situation is acceptable only when…” and clauses introduced by “when” and “however.” However, control is uneven, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “Everyone give it's own opinion base on the knowledge they have” has problems with agreement and clause construction, while “he gone through multiple operation” lacks an appropriate verb form and plural marking. Several sentences run together, particularly in the engineering example. Practise building accurate sentences first, then combine ideas with subordinate clauses; also check subject–verb agreement, tense consistency, and sentence boundaries.
