Student answer (Band 6.0)
some people think that accepting struggling period like wroking in a stressful job or facing financial lackings should be accepted, while other suggest to tackle these challenges by trying hard. This essay will explain both views but i believe that, people should try hard to improve their situations because accepting bad situations may damage his emotional strength in longer duration.
In one hand, people often suffer from bad situations in their work places like stress and low salary. However, people may have to endure these struggles, as they have the responsibility of their family. If they do something wrong by being emotional, it may cause in losing their job. As a result, their family will struggle because their earning source is disrupted. Moreover, in the earlier stage of people's career, they have to tackle such situations, which will result in gaining experience by facing challenges. In future career, this experience will help to overcome difficulties not only in workplaces but also in their lifespan.
On the other hand, if these problems run for a long duration, it will effect mental health of a human. The main reason is, pressure, which is created by longer stress. for example, if an employee suffers from anxiety in daily life, months after months, it may cause depression, which is very harmful for emotional stability and result in unconvenient behavior such as anger issue and sleeping issue. So, people should fight against the odds and should try to improve the situation. Moreover, a man's personality is weakend by accepting such situations. If a person is more capable, he will expect more and if the expectation doesn't meet, he will lose self confidence. So, he should try harder to achieve his goal, as this will enhance self confidence, which will improve the personality of a human, which supports that, people should try hard to improve their sitatuion.
In conclusion, Although situatiuons demand enduring in several cases, people should try to overcome it such a way that will not effect their present, instead will improve the scenerio.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both views and gives a clear opinion: the introduction supports trying to improve difficult circumstances, and the conclusion maintains that position while acknowledging that endurance may sometimes be necessary. The discussion of accepting hardship is relevant, particularly the point that reacting emotionally could put a family’s income at risk, and the opposing view is supported with possible effects on mental health and confidence. However, some ideas are more fully explained than others. The career-experience point is asserted rather than illustrated, while the claims about personality and expectations are not clearly connected to practical ways of improving a situation. Develop these points with a specific example and explain the reasoning more precisely to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The contrast between the positions is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. Within paragraphs, however, progression is sometimes weakened by repeated or unclear connections. The second body paragraph moves from mental health to personality and self-confidence without fully explaining how these points relate, and the final sentence repeats the opinion rather than bringing the discussion together. Some linking phrases, including “Moreover” and “So,” are used mechanically. Group related reasons more tightly and use clearer references and transitions to show how each example supports the paragraph’s main point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The response uses a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “financial,” “responsibility,” “experience,” “anxiety,” “depression,” and “self confidence.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and the writer attempts more specific expressions such as “emotional stability.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less natural: “financial lackings,” “unconvenient behavior,” and “improve the scenerio” are examples. Several phrases also repeat general wording such as “bad situations” and “try hard.” Build precision by learning common collocations for work and mental health, checking spelling carefully, and choosing alternatives that express the intended meaning directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The essay includes both simple and complex sentence forms, such as the conditional “If they do something wrong … it may cause…” and the clause beginning “Although situations demand enduring…”. Meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “people often suffer … like stress” has an awkward sentence pattern, “it may cause in losing their job” has an incorrect verb construction, and “if an employee suffers … months after months” contains problems with clause punctuation and structure. There are also inconsistent capitalisation after full stops and comma use that interrupts sentence flow. Practise accurate conditional and cause-and-effect constructions, and proofread each sentence for complete clauses, agreement, and punctuation while retaining the complex structures you are attempting.
