Student answer (Band 5.0)
In many parts of the world, accepting bad situation has become increasingly common. But, it is also argued that getting with the lowest situations easily is not the sollution and it needs to be improved. This essay will discuss both views.
On the one hand, the majority of people do not have attitude to get the lives they dream of or having high salary. Minimalistic society are usually thankfull of what they have and do not search for new and better lifestyle. Every person is individual and special by their means, some do not have strength or ability to try and reach top or something near top, they live with what thay have. On the other hand, some individuals are never fully satisfied on what level they are in their lives. They search for new oportunities and new reasons of life. Thay keen on going and never stopping in one place like some statues.
I can bring my examplefrom my past. At the moment, and I believe for the rest of my life, will never stop looking for new challenges to win, because it is my main reason of living. I usually take succesful people as an inspiration of keep going, because if you stop one day, everything you echived will lose its value.
As my final point, every specimen have their echivements and wins on some levels of their lives, but some stop for looking new target to reach and some tries to create new goals that may have never existed.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response recognises both views: some people accept their circumstances, while others seek new opportunities, and you state a personal preference for continuing to pursue challenges. However, the discussion is only partially developed. The first view is described mainly through people being content or lacking the ability to improve their lives, without explaining when accepting a difficult situation might be sensible or giving a concrete example. The second view is clearer in your personal account, but the claim that achievements lose value if someone stops is asserted rather than supported. The conclusion repeats the contrast instead of firmly summarising your position. Develop each view with a reason and a relevant example, and state your opinion more directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate discussion of the two views, a personal example, and a concluding paragraph. Signposting such as “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” helps readers follow the contrast. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the first body paragraph moves from salary and lifestyle to individual ability without showing how these points connect. The personal example is separated into its own paragraph but is not fully linked back to the discussion. Some linking phrases, including “As my final point,” make the organisation feel mechanical, and the conclusion introduces “specimen” and “levels” without clearly resolving the argument. Use clearer topic sentences and connect examples explicitly to each main idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “salary,” “opportunities,” “challenges,” “inspiration,” and “goals,” and you attempt more expressive language such as “never stopping in one place.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to interpret. For example, “getting with the lowest situations,” “reasons of life,” and “take successful people as an inspiration of keep going” do not express the intended meanings naturally. Spelling errors such as “sollution,” “thankfull,” and “echived” also reduce clarity. Aim for precise, conventional phrases such as “improve their circumstances,” “find purpose in life,” and “draw inspiration from successful people,” and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a contrast between the two views and the conditional idea “if you stop one day.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “Minimalistic society are usually…” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “Thay keen on going” is missing a verb. The sentence beginning “At the moment, and I believe for the rest of my life, will never stop…” lacks a clear grammatical subject and has an unclear tense structure. There are also punctuation problems, such as no space after “common.” Practise building accurate complete sentences before adding longer clauses.
