Student answer (Band 5.5)

One group of people feel that accepting worst situation like money shortage or unwanted career, while other argues that trying to get rid out of it is the best decision. Alctually, people have own pont of view, and there are several reasons behind these. To me, a consistent effort to make better life is the worth decision.

On the one hand, a range of people think that there are job crisis due to lack of field. Additionally, they have also prefer to do unwanted job rather than finding a new one, because they don't want to put much effort and want to relax. Moreover, many family have worst condition like there are just only one person for income and he have to earn at any cost. Instead of having unwillingness, he have to continue the job for his survival purpose. Furthermore, if anyone wants to resign from present office and want to move abroad, their family resist them by being emotional that they won't survive without him. As a result, he have to stay theie without feeling tha luxury of contentment.

On the other hand, other think that there are several options to make their life more easy and qualitiful. To start with, people often make preparation, prepare theire cv and drop it to get better job opportunities because they believe that expertise talks, and they will get the appropriate chance which they deserve actually. Besides, they also want to improvise theire condition by alter their jobs where they get more sallery, because they know if they want to afford better education and treatment facilities they should have greater amount of money. Therefore, they continue the consistent effort to feel the self-actualisation in life.

In conclusion, it is clear that both side

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You present both perspectives and state your own view in the introduction: “a consistent effort to make better life is the worth decision.” The two body paragraphs also give relevant reasons, including financial dependence and the possibility of finding better-paid work. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the first side relies on several overlapping examples of why people stay in difficult circumstances, while the second makes broad claims about preparing a CV and earning more without explaining how these efforts might succeed or what obstacles they face. Most importantly, the conclusion stops at “it is clear that both side,” so it does not complete the comparison or restate your opinion. Develop each view with a specific explanation or example, and finish with a clear, complete conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and an attempted conclusion. Signposting such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” helps readers identify the stages of the discussion. However, progression within the paragraphs is sometimes repetitive: several sentences in the first body paragraph repeat the idea that people remain in unwanted work because of financial or family pressure. Some linking phrases, including “As a result” and “Therefore,” do not clearly show how the preceding point leads to the next. The final paragraph is incomplete, which leaves the essay without a resolved ending. Group related reasons, make the links between cause and consequence explicit, and complete the conclusion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “job opportunities,” “expertise,” “survival,” and “self-actualisation,” and you use some topic-specific language about income and education. However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “better,” “job,” and “condition,” while several inaccurate choices or forms make meaning less clear. For example, “get rid out of it” is not a natural expression, “qualitiful” is not an appropriate word, and “sallery” is misspelled. “Feel the luxury of contentment” also sounds unnatural in this context. Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling and word forms; for instance, use “improve their circumstances” and “job security” where appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “if,” and “that,” so there is some variety. However, errors are frequent, and complex structures are often not controlled accurately. The opening sentence lacks a complete, balanced structure (“One group of people feel …, while other argues …”), and agreement problems appear in “many family have” and “he have to earn.” There are also problems with articles, plurals, and verb patterns, as in “the worth decision” and “want to alter their jobs.” These errors sometimes make the intended relationships difficult to follow. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement and article use; read each sentence aloud to identify missing or mismatched parts.
