Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some people argue that it is good to accept a bad situation, such as an low pay job for money. Others believes that it is effective to try and improve such situations. this essay will discuss both views, and i strongly believe people must try for improvement of the condition.
on the one hand, due to big family responsibilties, poor people want to work for money, without considering other oppurtunities. money has become reality of life. if you have money, you can buy any thing that you want. for example a computer science graduated person work in a hotel for money for a long time. therefore, people accept lower salary job in a bad condition.
on the other hand, supporters of improvement seeker argue that, poeple must apply for other job to improve their situations. if a person having big dream, geting his wishes one day by consistent efforts. for example, a software engeeiner get job in reputed company after consistant working on it. as a sum, continous works is better choice.
from my prespective, people must work for better situations. consistant hardworking is a key for good condition. people also work other job for improvement in their financial condition
in conclusion, it is depend on people, whether they accept an unsatisfactory job for money or wait for good one. people should choose undreamy job for a short time period and apply other good job. consistant effort is curcial for good situation in life. dreams do not fulfil in one day, without hardworking.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views and state a clear preference for trying to improve one’s circumstances, especially in the introduction and personal-opinion paragraph. However, the discussion is only partial: the first view is mainly explained through financial pressure, while the second relies on brief claims about effort and ambition. The examples—a computer-science graduate working in a hotel and an engineer obtaining a job at a reputable company—are relevant but need clearer explanation of how they support each view. The conclusion also introduces “wait for good one,” which is not fully consistent with your argument about actively seeking improvement. The response is 244 words, six words below the 250-word minimum; develop the reasons and examples further to meet the requirement and address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “on the other hand” help signal the contrast, and the reader can generally follow your position. However, progression within paragraphs is limited: several claims are placed next to one another without showing their relationship, and the examples are not fully connected to the main points. Some linking phrases are awkward or unclear, such as “as a sum,” while repeated references to “good condition” and “improvement” make the development feel repetitive. Build each body paragraph around one main idea, explain it, and then link the example explicitly to that idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “financial condition,” “responsibilities,” “consistent efforts,” and “unsatisfactory job,” so the main topic is clear. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, which sometimes makes the meaning less precise. For example, “low pay job,” “computer science graduated person,” and “improvement seeker” do not sound natural in this context; “good condition” is also repeated where more specific wording would help. Spelling errors such as “responsibilties,” “oppurtunities,” and “consistant” are noticeable. Learn common phrases for employment and financial hardship, and check spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional structure (“if you have money”) and a clause beginning “whether.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and verb forms. Examples include “Others believes,” “a computer science graduated person work,” and “if a person having big dream, geting his wishes.” Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly at the starts of sentences and after commas. These errors can make some ideas difficult to interpret. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and articles—for example, “a person with a big dream can achieve their goals through consistent effort.”
