Student answer (Band 5.0)
In most part of the countries, recycling has always been a problem for many people because they don't know where to throw this waste and are unaware of the facts that what benefits they can get after recyclying.Individuals must know the benefits of throwing waste to their repressentative bins so that they can get the perks and previleges of wasting garbage.
To start with the process of recyling, it is important to notice that recyling has always been a hurdle for people who are unaware of the fact that this can help people to make new products by the process of recyling. In most countries, individuals have to time to replace old with the new so they dont get anthing because they may not have enough space to add nee things in their home. If people from different countries of world throw garbage to their representative bins they must carry new space in their homes and in this way, the bins then send to different parts of the world where people can use it freely for their basic needs like people from poor countries use it for their beneficiaries.
Moreover, Individuals must know the ethics to throw garbage whether the garbage is in the form of clothes , utensils , acessaries, there are different representatives of the world that cannot afford basic neccesties so by throwing it to the designated places it will be beneficial for the needy people.I have seen many places in Pakistan where people recyle from the things throw in garbage they are wether plastic water bottles , tins or this kind of stuff.
To conclude the eassy, I want to say that recyling is a useful process and people must know the advantages of throwing garbage to the designated places.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify two relevant reasons for low recycling: people may not know which bins to use, and they may be unaware of recycling’s benefits. You also suggest designated bins and mention reuse by people in need, with a personal example from Pakistan. However, the response only partially answers the task: the reasons are not clearly explained, and the proposed changes remain vague. The claim that people must “carry new space in their homes” is difficult to understand and does not clearly explain how recycling works. The essay also does not develop practical measures such as clearer public information, convenient collection points, or incentives. To strengthen the response, explain each cause and connect each solution directly to it with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and signposts such as “To start with,” “Moreover,” and “To conclude” show an attempt to organise ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the discussion moves from lack of awareness to household space, then to sending bins around the world, without explaining the links. Some references are also difficult to follow, including “they” and “it” in the sentence about bins being sent to different parts of the world. The conclusion repeats the general point rather than summarising the reasons and solutions. Use one clear main idea per paragraph, order supporting details logically, and make pronoun references explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “recycling,” “designated places,” “basic necessities,” and “plastic water bottles,” so the reader can recognise the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear. For example, “representative bins” is not a natural term for recycling containers, while “perks and privileges of wasting garbage” gives the wrong impression. Repeated use of “throw garbage” also limits precision. Spelling errors such as “recyling,” “neccesties,” and “acessaries” are noticeable. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling; prefer expressions such as “sort waste into the correct bins” and “the benefits of recycling.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “so that,” but complex sentences are often difficult to control. For example, “people are unaware of the facts that what benefits they can get” has an incorrect clause structure, and “In most countries, individuals have to time to replace old with the new” is missing a necessary word and has an unclear construction. There are also errors in articles, agreement, and punctuation, such as “the bins then send” and the missing space after the first full stop. These problems sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to understand. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly formed subordinate clause before combining several ideas.
