Student answer (Band 6.0)
Waste management and rubbish recycling is a rising issue in today's world across the globe. In this regard, in most of the nations people refuse to recycle their waste as much they could. This essay essay will outline the causes along with respective practical solutions before conclusion.
On the one hand, there are endless causes that result in occurrence of this situation. Prime one is the lack of proper knowledge and to explain that, old aged people and young children have less knowledge about the information in these regards due to which they are not able to recycle or manage the waste and rubbish generated by them accordingly. Secondly, less government interaction and interference in this field and to elaborate this, government of most of the nations never introduce policies or rules that stratify and make it mandatory to recycle waste. These are the root causes that don't let recycle the waste by people as much they could eventually.
On the other hand, as every problem as its own solution, waste management could be done by further stated points. Firstly, creating awareness about the situation by conducting seminars or summits that could aware, acknowledge and encourage people to recycle the rubbish that they spread across their nation. Moreover, government could interfere by introducing policies and strict rules that will allow most of the people to recycle the waste they produce due to the fear of breaking law among people. As a result, the root causes due to which waste is not able to be recycled can be handled ultimately.
Conclusion can be derived that although there are issues related to waste management and rubbish recycling yet the aforementioned solutions are able to solve the circumstance up-to a large extent across the globe.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for low recycling rates and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the explanation regarding 'old aged people and young children' lacks depth and evidence. The solutions provided, such as 'seminars or summits', are generic. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific examples or elaborate on the mechanisms behind these issues. The position is clear, but the overall development remains basic, fitting the Band 6 descriptor where relevant ideas are present but under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You use basic cohesive devices like 'On the one hand', 'Secondly', and 'Moreover' to guide the reader. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'as every problem as its own solution' (which contains a grammatical error) and 'further stated points'. Paragraphing is used appropriately, but the flow between sentences could be smoother. The referencing is generally clear, but the essay relies on a repetitive structure that limits the sophistication of the discourse.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You use some repetitive phrasing, such as 'waste and rubbish' and 'government of most of the nations'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choices, such as 'stratify' (used incorrectly in this context) and 'aware' (used as a verb instead of 'raise awareness'). While the meaning is generally clear, the range of vocabulary is limited, and there is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic control, which is necessary for higher bands.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally affect the flow, such as 'as every problem as its own solution' (should be 'has'), 'government of most of the nations never introduce' (subject-verb agreement), and 'don't let recycle the waste by people' (awkward passive construction). While these errors do not prevent communication, they are persistent. You need to focus on subject-verb agreement, correct preposition usage, and more accurate sentence construction to improve your control over complex structures.
