Nowadays, People aren't recycling their wastes as much as they could all across the countries .This is the major problem of many countries .I think it is due to people are becoming more facilitated towards new things instead of recycling and using that again as well as they are busy than earlier generations .

Nowadays ,people do not have enough time to look after every single things because of workload and stress .They tend to collect rubbish and throw it to dustbin without checking if it can be recycled or not . Furthermore ,many people are not aware of recycling the wastes and making best out of waste. As a result, they do not recycle their waste and leave it as waste .In addition to this, people are more interested toward new branded items rather than recycling the used products or things.

However there are several measures that can be taken to encourage people to recycle their wastes . Providing more recycling facilities and making recycle bins center more easily available will help to develop recycling habits on people .In addition to this ,we should raise awareness and educate people about the environmental benefits of recycling .As a result, each individuals from cities to village starts to recycle rubbish and the environmental pollution will gradually decreased in future .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for low recycling rates and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as the impact of busy lifestyles and the lack of awareness. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For instance, the point about people being 'facilitated towards new things' is vague and could be better explained with concrete examples of consumer culture. While the position is clear, the supporting arguments lack depth and specific evidence, which limits the response to a Band 6 level. Expanding on the 'why' and 'how' with more detailed examples would improve the score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Furthermore', 'In addition to this', and 'In conclusion', though some are used mechanically. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the flow between sentences is occasionally hindered by repetitive phrasing and minor grammatical errors. The use of referencing is mostly effective, though some transitions feel slightly forced. Overall, the structure is coherent, but the essay would benefit from a wider variety of cohesive devices to improve the flow between ideas.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. There is some repetition of basic terms like 'recycle', 'waste', and 'people'. While the student attempts to use some topic-specific vocabulary, such as 'environmental pollution' and 'recycling facilities', the phrasing is often simplistic. There are also minor errors in word choice, such as 'facilitated towards' instead of 'inclined towards' or 'preferring'. To improve, the student should focus on using more sophisticated collocations and avoiding repetitive word choices.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'every single things' (should be 'thing'), 'each individuals' (should be 'each individual'), and 'education people' (should be 'educating people'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage are inconsistent. While these errors do not significantly impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. The student should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring consistent verb forms.
