In diffrent countries they are dont have that type of management so dont recycle and collect the waste of bin, the main reason is dont recycling is creating the environmental issues problems health diagnosis and the countries are look like the dirty and the air populaton is creating more issues because the are getig air through the noise so the deases is go to there noises.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.5
The student attempts to address both parts of the prompt regarding the reasons why people do not recycle and what can be done. However, the response misinterprets the nature of the prompt, attempting to frame a discussion around pros and cons rather than directly explaining the causes of low recycling rates. Furthermore, the response is 237 words long, thus failing to meet the minimum 250-word requirement, which results in a penalty for under-length. Ideas are underdeveloped, repetitive, and lack clear support or relevant examples. Consequently, the performance aligns most closely with a Band 4.5 descriptor.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The text is divided into four paragraphs, which shows some basic awareness of essay structure. However, there is a lack of logical progression and clear overall organization. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or inaccurately, such as starting paragraphs with 'In every country try to recycle' and 'In diffrent countries they are dont have that type of management'. Referencing is frequently unclear, and sentences often run together without proper transitions or punctuation, making the flow disjointed and difficult to follow. This demonstrates features of Band 4.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic and repetitive, with frequent word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'health diagnosis', 'air populaton', 'deases is go to there noises', and 'wastes of thing'. Spelling mistakes are prevalent throughout the text, including words like 'amoung', 'dont', 'eassy', 'diffrent', 'inductries', and 'conseed'. The lexical range is limited and frequently strains the reader's understanding, fitting the Band 4.0 descriptor.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is extremely weak throughout the response. There is a very limited range of structures attempted, and almost every sentence contains major errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('the countries are look like'), tense confusion, and missing articles. Punctuation is largely neglected, resulting in run-on sentences and fused clauses, like 'societylt is possible'. These persistent errors frequently distort meaning and impede communication, reflecting Band 4.0 performance.
