IELTS Writing Task 2 question

In many countries, people do not recycle their rubbish as much as they could.

Why do you think this is? What can be done to change this?

Student answer (Band 4.5)

In many countries, people are not like to recycle their rubbish because they are not think about that thses rubbish maybe recycle and we can use it again.Some of these types of people have much money to buy same things again and they are not recycle rubbish items for the using, some of the people are not like to recycle rubbish because they think that its take a lot of time ffor recycling and we should waste it and buy yhe new items, and some people have no idea hw to recycle the rubbish and then they waste it. Some people recycle rubbish things as much as they can and its a right way to save the money and importance of the things. When people have much more things they not think about the rubbish they just wanns buy new one when the old one is spoild they are not think about the recycle. In my own thoughts, one of our nabour, they are very rich. When they throwen their rubbish i saw the many things that are not in very poor conditions i mean these things are not using for rubbish we can recycle it and make for use it again but they throws it in the rubbish many times i collected the itmems in the rubbish bin from that stand is the front of them home, and litterley i used it by the recycle. I think so that people who's do not recycle the rubbish they are not have impoetance of the things bit i suggest them to recycle rubbish as much as they can.
