Nowadays ,many countries are facing a real problem. This issue is the lack of recycling mentality.
To begin with a social problem, many indisciplined persons don't arrange their rubbish, throwing those wastes wherever their want. This fact lead to uncontrolled management of wastes.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response suffers from a critical length penalty, containing only 159 words, which falls well short of the 250-word minimum requirement for Academic Task 2. Consequently, the development of ideas is severely truncated. While the student attempts to address both parts of the prompt by identifying causes for the lack of recycling (social, economic, and strategic factors) and suggesting solutions (governmental encouragement and lucrative incentives), these ideas remain severely underdeveloped and lack sufficient supporting examples. Mentioning Tunisia briefly is a good attempt at an example, but it is not elaborated upon. Because the response is unfinished and far below the required length, it aligns closely with the Band 4 descriptor for Task Achievement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The response attempts basic organizational structures using cohesive markers such as 'To begin with', 'Furthermore', 'Ultimately', and 'To sum up'. However, paragraphing is irregular and unfinished, with the essay abruptly cutting off in the final concluding sentence ('To sum up, we must adopt thw...'). Logical progression is hindered by the extremely short and fragmented nature of the paragraphs, and referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'unknown accommodation procrastinate this kind of repesotories'. Cohesive devices are used mechanically rather than flexibly. These issues reflect the characteristics of Band 5, where some organizational framework is present but overall progression and coherence are disrupted.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is relatively basic and repetitive, with noticeable errors in word choice and collocation that occasionally impede communication. Examples include phrases like 'indisciplined persons', 'evolutionary machines', 'strategical problem', and 'unknown accommodation procrastinate'. The student attempts less common vocabulary items such as 'infrastructures', 'lucrative', and 'procrastinate', but these are frequently misused or awkwardly applied within the context of waste management. Spelling and word formation errors also appear, such as 'gouverments' and 'repesotories'. These features correspond to a Band 5 lexical level, demonstrating a limited range that struggles with precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The grammatical structures attempted are largely simple sentences with occasional basic complex forms, but control is weak. There are frequent punctuation and spacing errors throughout the text, such as missing spaces after commas and periods (e.g., 'Nowadays ,many countries...'). Additionally, there are severe grammatical errors like subject-verb agreement issues ('This fact lead', 'many undeveloped country don't have') and awkward phrasing that distorts meaning. The range of structures is limited, and the high frequency of errors causes some difficulty for the reader, placing the response firmly at Band 5.
