Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address both parts of the question in a basic way: you suggest that people fail to recycle and describe environmental harm, then mention recycling methods and reducing plastic production. However, the response does not clearly explain why people recycle less; most of the first body paragraph discusses the consequences of rubbish rather than the causes of low recycling. The proposed solutions are also broad, and the example about an international study is difficult to assess because its details and connection to the question are unclear. Your position is generally that recycling is important, but the ideas are limited and only briefly supported. To strengthen the response, explain specific barriers, such as inconvenient collection or lack of awareness, and show how practical measures could address them.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Further more,” and “To encapsulate” signal stages in the discussion. However, progression is not always clear: the first body paragraph focuses on the effects of unrecycled rubbish, while the task asks why people do not recycle. Some linking expressions are repetitive or do not accurately show the relationship between ideas, and references such as “These method” are unclear. The conclusion introduces NGOs and controlling production without explaining how this follows from the preceding points. Organise each paragraph around one clear answer to the question, and use simpler, more precise links between claims and examples.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “recycle,” “eco-friendly,” “production,” and “environment,” and use some less common expressions such as “prominent” and “encapsulate.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make meaning difficult to follow, for example “serious kind of health disease,” “new disease our invented,” and “the roughage from the garbage area.” Spelling errors such as “rubish,” “importent,” and “environmemt” are also noticeable. Some expressions appear chosen for formality rather than precision. Build a reliable set of natural phrases for causes and solutions, and check spelling and word forms. Prefer clear, accurate vocabulary over unusual words whose meaning does not fit the sentence.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both short statements and attempts at longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “that” and “which.” However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty, so readers must sometimes work to understand the intended meaning. For example, “individuals don't recycle their waste as much they should have to” is missing a grammatical link, while “Several types of new disease our invented” has an incorrect verb construction. Agreement and sentence formation are also problematic in “International government have made the several way” and “These method helps us.” Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, particularly around commas and sentence openings. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
