Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent years, environment sustainability has become a global priority. In my nations household recycling rate remain disappointingly low. Although some people know that recycling is beneficial for planet, but some find it inconvienent or do not know how to do it correctly. This essay will discuss the practical reasons why people do not recycle and suggest some practical ways to slove this problem.
To commence with, the main factor behind trend of lack usgae of recyling process is the convienent of daily used items. To expalin it, individuals can purchase each and everything in a low and reasonable prices from online platforms and retail stores. It can not feel them the responsibilty towards the recycling of waste. Due to this they do not recycle the rubbish of their homes. However, the another main cause is the lack of infrastructure. People do not may clear knowledge of how and where they put their waste for recycling process. Because of this citizens throw their squander anywhere.
To solve this issue, several steps are taken into consideration. The most significant is that the governments should run the campaigns. By which people can be more carefull and responsible towards their duties regarding the environment. Authorities can install their camps and lectures in schools or some online platforms. As a result, more and more people will influenced towards the reclying of goods. Furthermore, to address this issue the authorities should announce the cash price. Many individuals who are financially weak are want to win the price. Therefore, they can pay their full efforts in the recycling of things.
In conclusion, due to convienent of daily use things or lack of awareness of such life safer processes not all the individulas should do that but if public awareness campaigns and cash prices can organised we can easily get out of this problem.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions by identifying convenience and limited recycling infrastructure or knowledge as causes, then proposing awareness campaigns and cash incentives. This gives the response a relevant, recognisable position. However, the explanations are only partly developed: the link between buying inexpensive goods online and failing to recycle is asserted rather than clearly explained, and the infrastructure point would benefit from a concrete example, such as a lack of nearby sorting bins. The proposed campaigns and prizes are relevant, but their likely effects are stated generally rather than supported. The conclusion repeats the main points, though its meaning is difficult to follow. Develop each cause and solution with a clearer explanation or example, and state your overall view more precisely.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, one on solutions, and a conclusion. This logical structure helps the reader follow the main direction, and signposts such as “To solve this issue” make the shift between sections clear. The progression within paragraphs is less consistent, however. For example, the connection between low-cost purchases and a lack of recycling responsibility is not made explicit, while “Because of this” follows a sentence that does not clearly establish the cause. Some linking phrases, including “To commence with” and “Furthermore,” feel formulaic, and the final sentence combines several ideas without clear relationships. Use simpler, more precise links and make each sentence’s connection to the paragraph’s main point explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “infrastructure,” “responsibility,” “awareness campaigns,” and “financially weak.” These choices show an effort to discuss causes and solutions beyond very basic terms. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word forms are frequent and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “inconvienent,” “usgae,” “recyling,” “slove,” and “individulas.” Several phrases are also unnatural or unclear, such as “the convenient of daily used items,” “cash price,” and “life safer processes.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. A smaller set of well-controlled topic words—such as “convenience,” “recycling facilities,” and “financial incentives”—would communicate your ideas more effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a concession in “Although some people know…” and conditional phrasing in “if public awareness campaigns…”. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. For example, “In my nations household recycling rate remain” has problems with the possessive form, subject–verb agreement, and sentence structure; “People do not may clear knowledge” is also grammatically unclear. In “Many individuals who are financially weak are want to win the price,” the verb pattern is incorrect. Practise building accurate clauses with clear subjects and verbs, and check articles, agreement, and verb forms before adding more complex structures.
